Daubeney recently performed at an interschool ukulele event at a nearby school. It was an event organised by Mr. O Flynn and Ms. Fort from Gainsborough Primary School and eight primary schools took part in total. We had a fantastic time and we dressed up in a Hawaiian theme as that is where the ukulele comes from. We performed "The Lion Sleeps Tonight". We did the trip twice as we also attended the dress rehearsal; one trip was a walk in beautiful balmy weather and the other trip had us marching through icy wind and rain. What an adventure and memorable experience! Well done to all who took part but especially Dani from 3K as he won the "Most Improved Musician" award.
